We’re looking for a Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable multi-cloud infrastructures.
📍Hybrid model involving two trips to the Almada or Aveiro campus
🗣 Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
🔧 Responsibilities
- Design and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives (right-sizing, storage optimization, architectural improvements);
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery and deployment automation;
- Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools;
- Configure and optimize data services such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and other distributed systems;
- Develop automation scripts and tools following software development best practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions;
- Participate in infrastructure modernization projects, including cluster consolidation and architecture migrations.
✅ Requirements
- Strong multi-cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP;
- Expert-level proficiency in Terraform;
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments;
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation;
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
