YOUR ROLE
- Act as the final line of technical support for complex incidents involving critical applications across a large-scale ecosystem.
- Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues impacting multiple systems, architectures, and technologies.
- Support development and operations teams in migrating and modernizing applications to cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and OpenShift clusters.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
- Collaborate on strategic technology initiatives that drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of the application ecosystem.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including development, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
- Apply best practices in cloud-native architectures, observability, and operational excellence.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or OpenShift/private cloud environments).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps practices.
- Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience working in complex, high-availability, and mission-critical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
