YOUR ROLE

• Act as the final line of technical support for complex incidents involving critical applications across a large-scale ecosystem.
• Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues impacting multiple systems, architectures, and technologies.
• Support development and operations teams in migrating and modernizing applications to cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and OpenShift clusters.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Collaborate on strategic technology initiatives that drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Monitor and ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of the application ecosystem.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including development, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Apply best practices in cloud-native architectures, observability, and operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or OpenShift/private cloud environments).
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing, implementing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience working in complex, high-availability, and mission-critical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
