Construction Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Construction Management
• National Diploma in Building (essential)
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying will be highly advantageous
• SACPCMP registration will be a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Projects and CCS Candy
• Demonstrated experience within the upmarket residential construction sector will be beneficial
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable own transport
• Contactable references and recent payslips are required for verification

Salary Structure:

• Negotiable Salary structure based on experience
