Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation, management and monitoring of the group's CRM strategy and plan, implementation and monitoring;
Definingthe customer journey and identifying golden moments to talk/relate with the customer;
Participate in adhoc and always on Campaigns;
Monitor,interpret and analyze KPI's/performance indicators relevant to the business activity;
Adapt and create new KPI's based on client requirements and needs;
Track various data reports created globally to ensure success and data quality;
Update various dashboards and refresh data to ensure proper performance monitoring;
Ensure robustness, integrity and quality of data present in multiple databases;
Deliver ad hoc data segmentations and extractions for ad hoc analysis and/or for campaign and/or communications purposes.
Requirements
Previous experience up to 2 years in CRM or Data Intelligence;
Bedigital native and passionate about digital technology and communications;
Analyze and monitor digital performance dashboards;
Master all digital channels in all their aspects (content/storytelling, audiences, media and performance);
Have proven experience in using Google Analytics, MS and Business Intelligence tools (DataStudio, Spotfire, MS Power Bi, MS Office) and general knowledge of Adobe;
Beable to anticipate and be able to identify the right priorities;
Ability to makedecisions and take action/Problem solving;
Criticalthinking, constantly evolving;
Good level of spoken and written English.
