We are looking for a Database Developer / Backend SQL Developer with experience in SQL Server and good English communication skills to join a technical team focused on the development, maintenance, and optimization of database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize queries, stored procedures, functions, and SQL scripts;
- Support the management and maintenance of SQL Server databases in production environments;
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement;
- Participate in deployments, migrations, and small-scale technical changes;
- Support backup, restore, monitoring, and documentation activities;
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in an international environment.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in SQL development or a similar technical role;
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, indexes, stored procedures, backups, and monitoring;
- Experience or knowledge in backend SQL development;
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and scripting;
- PowerShell knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS-SQL in Azure environments;
- Understanding of high availability features such as AlwaysOn or clustering is an advantage;
- Professional English for daily work context;
- Strong analytical skills, structured troubleshooting approach, and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Oracle databases;
- Experience with Commvault.
