We are looking for a Senior Database Developer / Data Platform Engineer to join an international client operating in the robotics industry.
What will you do?
- Design and evolve data models for the AMR platform and Meta Planner;
- Structure operational, historical, telemetry, event, configuration and analytics data;
- Ensure data performance, consistency, scalability and quality;
- Optimize queries, indexing, partitioning and migration strategies;
- Build analytics-ready data structures for KPIs, dashboards and reporting;
- Collaborate closely with Backend, Algorithms, Robotics, Frontend, DevOps, QA and Product teams.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in Database Design & Data Modeling;
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL;
- Strong understanding of normalization, indexing, constraints, transactions and migrations;
- Experience working with production databases;
- Knowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, consistency and data integrity;
- Practical backend integration experience;
- Experience with Git, automated testing and CI/CD;
- Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
