We are currently looking for Mid-Level and Senior DevOps & Virtual Testing Engineers to join a cutting-edge engineering project, contributing to the development of robust simulation environments, automated testing frameworks, and scalable CI/CD infrastructures.

About the Project:

Join an international engineering project focused on virtual validation, simulation technologies, and test automation. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams responsible for developing and maintaining advanced virtual testing environments that support high-quality product development and continuous integration practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot MATLAB/Simulink models, system architectures, and simulation environments used for virtual validation.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks, regression test suites, and execution workflows.
• Develop, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for Virtual Testing environments.
• Manage automated test execution, artifact handling, and data management processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting simulation platforms, CI/CD pipelines, development branches, and release environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support version control practices and engineering toolchains, ensuring traceability, collaboration, and release readiness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, validation, and automation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Test Automation, Software Validation, or related engineering roles.
• Professional experience with MATLAB/Simulink modelling and simulation environments.
• Strong knowledge of Test Automation frameworks, automated test execution, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts, workflows, and tools.
• Experience with Jenkins for pipeline automation and continuous integration.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with engineering collaboration tools such as Jira and SourceTree.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and configuration management practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in complex simulation or virtual validation environments.
• Knowledge of automotive, transportation, industrial automation, or embedded systems projects.
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering toolchains and release processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary international teams.
