DevOps Engineer

We are searching for a DevOps Engineer to work remote from Portugal.

We are looking for a Your day-to-day job

Improve the infrastructure and systems

▪ Promote code development to automate infrastructure and system tasks instead of manual provisioning and sysadmin tasks

▪ Design, develop and implement new features to continuously improve the quality and to reduce lifetime cycle from development to production

▪ Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve complex incidents, and make sure to avoid recurrence

▪ Implement code review and test mechanism to continuously improve the quality for a remote project in Porto.

• *What You’ll Do:**

▪ Promote code development to automate infrastructure and system tasks instead of manual provisioning and sysadmin tasks

▪ Design, develop and implement new features to continuously improve the quality and to reduce lifetime cycle from development to production

▪ Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve complex incidents, and make sure to avoid recurrence

▪ Implement code review and test mechanism to continuously improve the quality for a remote project in Porto.

▪ Integrate and automate processes to support internal other teams to deploy infrastructure needed for the applications.

▪ Develop template, reporting, documentation, standard to help developers & operators be autonomous with deployment tools

• *Main requirements:**

Mandatory

• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with code management tools, repositories, and CI/CD pipeline
• Public Cloud skills & experience (Azure mandatory, GCP optional)
• Infra As Code high technical knowledge & production experience (Terraform, Packer, Ansible)
• IT transversal technical experience
• Natural team player

Preferred factors

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Development platform
• Experience, knowledge with Gitlab
• Experience in at least one programming language
• Experience with AGILE teams
• Experience with Development platform
