Your Mission Will Be
- Build and enhance GitOps-driven delivery workflows using ArgoCD and FluxCD;
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes environments across k3s, k8s, and cloud platforms;
- Create and optimise Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, and Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform and Ansible;
- Develop reliable CI/CD pipelines while improving monitoring, logging, and release stability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki;
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support high-availability deployments in telecom environments across Europe.
You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer, with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage;
- Practical experience using ArgoCD or FluxCD in production environments, alongside Helm, Kustomize, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD tooling;
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go, with experience building automation for delivery processes;
- Experience implementing monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms;
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or Vault for infrastructure automation and secrets management;
- Familiarity with logging and observability tools such as Loki, ELK, or OpenTelemetry;
- Experience with CI/CD security practices, including image scanning and secrets management;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
