DevOps Engineer (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Viseu)

What we are looking for

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Hands-on experience with artifact management using Nexus and JFrog Artifactory.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using OpenTofu/Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience implementing GitOps practices, immutable infrastructure, and automated environment provisioning.
• Experience implementing automated testing and quality gates using SonarQube, pytest, QEMU, HIL test benches, and OWASP ZAP.
• Strong experience with observability and telemetry using Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and eBPF.
• Experience implementing SAST, SCA, SBOMs, and software supply chain security practices.
• Experience with progressive delivery strategies, including Canary and A/B deployments with automated rollback.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 security standards.
• Experience with Embedded Linux build systems such as Yocto and Buildroot.
• Experience building and testing real-time firmware using Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience creating and maintaining VM image pipelines using Packer, VMware, and KVM.
• Experience with database change management using Flyway or Liquibase.
• Experience applying DORA metrics and PDCA/PDSA methodologies for continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: 25.000€ – 42.000€ gross/year (depending on experience)
• Meal allowance: 7,50€/day (meal card)
• Health insurance: included for the employee, with option to extend to family
• Performance bonus: annual, based on individual and company objectives
