/ppLocation: Lisbon | Porto /ppLevel of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years) /ppSalary Package Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits /p pbMain Tasks: /b /pulliSupport the business in their IT needs and understand the business production workflows and scenarios; /liliManage Incidents, Requests, Changes; /liliProvide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project; /liliUnderstand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue.

Contribute towards better post-release checkouts; /liliImproving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.
