Distributed Cloud | Google Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Our Devoteam Distributed Cloud is looking for a DevOps GCP Engineer to join and challenge the current team. Your mission is to:

• Build and evolve our GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) ecosystem to support high-performance workloads.

• Lead the "Infrastructure as Code" strategy using Terraform and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement robust monitoring and SRE practices to guarantee platform stability and security.

• Work closely with dev teams to optimize cloud-native delivery and share your senior expertise with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with core services (Compute Engine, IAM, Networking, and Cloud Storage).

• Hands-on experience with GKE, including cluster management and Helm.

• Proficiency in Terraform for automated provisioning.

• Experience designing and maintaining automation workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).

• Ability to implement observability using Google Cloud Operations Suite (Stackdriver), Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Solid scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash) to automate operational tasks.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and mentor team members.

• Good level of English (both written and spoken).
