The position covers Portugal and other designated countries within ERD global operations. It involves close collaboration with Engagement Managers, Legal, Quality and Risk Managers, Delivery Teams and external authorities. You will be dedicated to the Export Control management of engineering activities, functionally reporting to the Capgemini Engineering Export Control Manager. /ppbr/ppAs Export Control Manager your main responsibilities will be: /pullistrongThe deployment of the export control policy and procedures: /strong /li /ulp Application and deployment of: /pp The Group Export Control and International Sanctions Policy; /pp ERD Export Control Internal Compliance Program (ERD EC-ICP); /pp Technology Control Plan; /pp Group Bid to Delivery Export Control process; /pp ERD Export Control Delivery process. /pullistrongBe the Export Control Manager and point of contact for the assigned country areas. /strong /lilistrongManage the global export license request, implementation and application to support project needs: /strong /li /ulp Master Portuguese export control regulation and licensing process; /pp Identify license requirements, manage requests and ensure application of conditions within /pp the project scope; /pp Manage the reporting to appropriate authorities; /pp Ensure the compliance with ML, Dual Use, ITAR and EAR regulation. /pullistrongSupport operational functions in applying export control procedures within their activities and especially the Engagement Managers in their project needs and compliance monitoring: /strong /li /ulp Manage the export control procedures; /pp Support to conduct Project´s export control assessments; /pp Provide guidance and actively monitor projects to ensure full compliance with export control /pp regulations throughout their lifecycle; /pp Ensure deployment of export control requirements. /pullistrongParticipate and organize export control awareness sessions: /strong /li /ulp Organize Export Control training (general, targeted, thematic). /pullistrongRaising alerts to the Capgemini Engineering Export Control Manager in case of non-compliance and identified needs. /strong /li /ulpbr/ppYOUR PROFILE /pulliBachelor’s degree in Law, International Trade, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. /liliMinimum of 5 years in Export Control, with proven expertise in both Portuguese and international regulatory environments. /liliFluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (required); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage. /liliAbility to navigate complex regulatory environments and apply compliance principles effectively across multi-country projects, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. /li /ulpbr/ppWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE /pulliJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. /liliEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance. /liliHybrid work. /liliYour career growth is central to our mission.
