Full Stack Developer (React / Python)

Are you a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable products and solving complex technical challenges?

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work across the entire application stack, contributing to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of modern web applications used by customers worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Build Great Products: Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend.

• Full Stack Development: Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture discussions to implementation and deployment.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Help manage and improve our AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features and continuously improve the user experience.

• Engineering Excellence: Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and best practices while helping maintain a high standard of software quality.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–7 years software engineering as a productive IC
• Strong Python — idiomatic Python for backend services, including async patterns. LangChain / LangGraph implementation experience is required at the production or substantial-project level — you should be able to build agent tools, design state graphs, and reason about LLM-backed workflows
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and React — you can build Chrome extension UI, reason about state management, async UI, and side effects
• Good to strong SQL — comfort across SQL Server AND Postgres . Schema design, query writing, performance tuning, joins, stored procedures (SQL Server), indexes. You should be able to look at a slow query and improve it
• Comfort with REST / API design — building and consuming HTTP services, error handling, versioning. Comfortable working in MCP / tool-use patterns
• Git fluency and modern engineering practices — feature branches, code review, CI/CD, structured commits
• Cloud infrastructure familiarity — AWS, Azure, or GCP at the level needed to deploy services and read logs
• Production debugging experience — you’ve owned an issue from a customer report through to a deployed fix in a real production system
• Strong written and async communication — required for remote-first work

• Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: You must be based in Portugal.

• Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote-first environment.
