Your new role

As a Full-Stack Developer for Havi’s Customer Products, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions, while ollaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and technical best practices.

Acting as a gatekeeper for application changes, the Solution Analyst will analyze business requirements, translate them into solution designs, provide effort estimates, create functional and technical specifications and document all work accordingly.

Your responsabilities will be to:

• Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications and solution designs.
• Solution Design and Development: Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices. Participate in development activities.
• System Integration: Coordinate with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Solution Evaluation: Assess existing systems, technologies, and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Conduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Inform the requestor of cost and time estimates.
• Production Support: Provide support for production applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, applying fixes and patches, and working with development and operations teams to prevent recurring problems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and optimize business outcomes.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Support product lifecycle management by helping guide products through the full lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, updates, and eventual retirement.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent;
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development;
• Strong experience in full-stack software development and solution engineering, with hands-on experience in React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end);
• Strong knowledge and practical application of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications;
• Strong experience writing SQL and working with database technologies, including relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL);
• Technical background with solid understanding of system architecture, application design, and scalable solution development;
• Experience working with Azure technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure App Services, Data Factory, Active Directory, and Key Vault;
• Experience with version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub (preferred: Azure DevOps), as well as CI/CD pipelines;
• Comfortable operating in an Agile delivery environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements;
• Experience developing functional and technical documentation;
• Strong understanding of code quality, maintainability, and software development best practices;
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG) is a plus;
• Experience working in fast-paced, distributed environments with global teams across multiple time zones;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug, optimize, and improve code;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and propose solutions;
• Ability to work proactively and independently, managing multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision;
• Ability to quickly learn complex domains and apply a product-focused mindset to software development;
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work;
