About The Opportunity
We are looking for senior professionals with a generalist profile, strong depth in backend development with Node.js, and solid experience in frontend with React, to act with end-to-end ownership on relevant product initiatives. The expectation is that this team can operate with independence, speed, and quality, delivering new features without creating alignment overhead for the current team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver features independently from the fronts currently managed by the main team.
- Act with end-to-end ownership, from understanding the problem to production delivery.
- Contribute primarily to the backend, with deep expertise in Node.js, and also to the frontend with React when necessary.
- Participate in architectural decisions, technical design, and the definition of implementation approaches.
- Collaborate within a SaaS product context, balancing delivery speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a small, senior squad that is highly accountable for its deliveries.
- Work closely with the team and the product context to ensure smooth integration and efficient execution.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in software engineering within a product context.
- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Experience with React on the frontend.
- Solid experience with backend systems architecture and development.
- Ability to contribute effectively in a full-stack context.
- Experience working autonomously in small teams.
- Excellent communication skills and maturity for decision-making.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Previous experience in SaaS companies.
- Track record of working in small, senior squads.
- Flexibility to work closely with the team in an on-site or hybrid model when it makes sense.
