Overview
As a Sales Solutions Developer you will develop, maintain and optimize data-driven applications and tools that streamline internal processes and improve decision-making in the EMEA region, while ensuring standardization of Sales operations processes across OEMs and increasing synergies across customers. You will contribute to the digitalization and automation of core operations, with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.
Your Role
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Sales systems and tools to support business growth
- Drive cross-platform solutions that enhance sales workflows across desktop and web environments
- Implement, test, and refine sales applications and automations following best practices and quality standards
- Collaborate with Sales leaders and stakeholders to gather insights, analyze requirements and align tools with business needs
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors
- Create and maintain documentation, including process guides and best practices, to support the Sales team
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing and developed solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and contribute to digitalization
- Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- 1-3 years’ experience in software development (Microsoft SQL + .NET) and Power Tools
- Familiarity with ETL tools and integration frameworks like Docker
- Strong capabilities in MS Office programs, particularly MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Analytical thinking and strong passion in achieving results
