We are expanding our international development team and are looking for an experienced

to drive the technical development of our web solutions built around HubSpot CRM.

(m/f/d), you will work in our modern office in

• *Lisbon, Portugal, 2 days per week**

, with remote work possible on the remaining days.

• *Your responsibilities as a Fullstack Developer CMS (m/f/d):
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of web solutions within the HubSpot CRM environment
• Design, architect and implement scalable web solutions based on Node.js, JavaScript and modern frontend technologies
• Develop and enhance HubSpot templates, custom modules, integrations and APIs
• Define and maintain technical standards, code quality and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Consulting, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and structure to the development team in Portugal
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and a strong team culture within the Portugal setup
• Support the further development of the Portugal location from a technical perspective
• *What you need to succeed as a Fullstack Developer CMS (m/f/d) at Thorit:
• 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, and REST APIs
• Experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
• Nice to have: Experience with HubL or other HubSpot-specific development technologies
• Good understanding of web architectures and the ability to structure scalable applications
• Experience working in cross-functional and ideally international teams
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within the team
• High quality standards and a structured, self-driven way of working
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• German is a plus, but not required
