We are passionate about technology, innovation, and creating great solutions for our customers. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp• Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software components within the /ppFluxys product ecosystem /pp• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and business /ppstakeholders to translate real-world challenges into digital solutions /pp• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements that enhance /ppperformance, reliability, and maintainability /pp• Implement and maintain tests and participate in testing activities /pp• Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards within the teams /pp• Contribute to release preparation, including technical documentation and /ppdeployment activities /pp• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), actively participate in demo sessions, and /ppensure clear, reliable documentation to help users adopt the product /pp• Handle functional and technical service requests from business stakeholders, /ppproviding timely and effective support• Collaborate with the product team to investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring /ppminimal impact on operations /pp• Participate in monitoring and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and /ppproduction environments /pp• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, /ppretrospectives, and daily stand-ups /pp• Help create technical items on the product backlog, phrase them in a value-oriented /ppmanner understandable by business stakeholders, and support the product owner to /ppprioritize these according to value delivered /ppbr/ppbSkills Competencies /b /ppbr/pp• Affinity with the technical stack used by the team: /ppo Backend: .NET 8 / .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API, WCF /ppo Data Messaging: SQL Server, Oracle, RabbitMQ, NHibernate, Entity /ppFramework /ppo Architecture Patterns: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, /ppDesign Patterns /ppo Testing CI/CD: xUnit / NUnit, Azure DevOps Pipelines /ppo Frontend: Blazor experience is a plus /ppo DevOps Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, automated deployment monitoring /pptools /pp• Strong grasp of software design principles, clean coding practices, and architectural /ppthinking /pp• Experience working with complex systems and maintaining large codebases over /pptime /pp• Familiarity with modern testing strategies and CI/CD processes /pp• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders fluently /pp• Fluency in Portuguese and in English; knowledge of either French is a plus /ppbr/ppbMindset We Value /b /ppbr/pp• Product-Focused : You understand that success means delivering real value to users /ppand the business, not just completing tasks.
