With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

## Fullstack Developer (React / Node)

Are you passionate about building modern, scalable web applications and working in product-oriented teams? Then this position is for you.

As a Fullstack Developer (React / Node), you will design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend solutions within a production environment. You will contribute to technical excellence while ensuring product stability and continuous improvement.

Build side

• Develop modern frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
• Build and maintain backend services using NodeJS
• Design and develop REST APIs and/or GraphQL services
• Contribute to event-driven architectures (EDA) using Kafka (asset)
• Manage source code and collaboration workflows using Git
• Work within containerized and cloud-native environments using Kubernetes

Run side

• Ensure production stability (incident management, monitoring, continuous improvement)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions
• Contribute to DevOps practices and deployment processes
• Support and mentor junior team members

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar technical environment
• Proven experience working in product teams with production responsibilities
• Strong experience managing complex technical issues
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders

• Git
• Kubernetes (DevOps context)
