📢 We're Hiring: Expert Full Stack Developer (Java | Spring | Angular)

Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and APIs within the Account Processing team, supporting IT GBCR P-Treasury Solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, and Java EE/Jakarta EE.
Develop and maintain messaging-based integrations using JMS and MQ solutions.
Support and perform JBoss application server administration and migration activities.
Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular (version 14+ is a plus).
Write and execute unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate actively in code reviews, promoting development best practices and high-quality standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuously improve development workflows.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
9+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Maven, and Java EE/Jakarta EE.
Experience with JMS and messaging queue (MQ) solutions.
Solid experience with JBoss application server and JBoss migration projects.
Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Good understanding of Software Design Patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
Experience working with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools and practices.
Experience with Angular (version 14+) is considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting is a plus.
Professional proficiency in English (mandatory). Portuguese and/or French are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
Familiarity with application modernization and migration projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and software quality.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within an international team.
Experience participating in code reviews and mentoring other developers.
Interest in promoting engineering best practices and technical excellence.
