- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field
- Strong experience with Java development and the overall Java ecosystem
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, UML, algorithms, and Web Services
- Experience writing and testing high-quality software
- Hands-on experience with Spring, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience developing workflow/business process applications
- BPM notation knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience or exposure to Front-End frameworks such as Angular is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices: Git • Jira • Confluence • Maven • JUnit • CI/CD • Docker • Kubernetes
- Interest and knowledge in DevOps and Cloud architecture solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and continuous learning attitude
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Passion for technology, innovation, and personal software projects is highly valued
