WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2–3+ years of backend development experience with Java

• Solid hands‑on experience with Spring Boot
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure — any)
• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Professional‑level English — written and spoken
• Comfortable working in agile, remote‑first environments with a high degree of independence NICE TO HAVE - Experience in a software house or product startup environment
• Strong opinions (loosely held) on engineering best practices and system design
• Track record of contributing to tech decisions beyond your immediate scope
• Exposure to TypeScript specifically, or modern frontend frameworks beyond React/Angular
• Comfort switching between technologies as project needs evolve — true tech agnosticism
