We are Hiring: Fullstack JavaScript Developer (Node.js / React)

The Role:

We're looking for a Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join our Development team in Porto. You'll work across the stack — from React/Angular interfaces to Node.js services and microservice-based architecture — helping us build and evolve one of the most advanced online insurance platforms in the industry. This is a hands-on role in a multidisciplinary, international team where your input shapes real product decisions from day one.

What you'll do:

• Design and build solutions for complex technical challenges across the stack
• Write clean, well-structured, well-tested code that follows software design best practices
• Own the delivery of your tasks — on time and to a high standard
• Work within a microservice/SOA architecture, integrating APIs and services reliably
• Document your work clearly so knowledge scales across the team
• Continuously look for better tools, patterns, and technologies to raise the bar

What you bring:

• Strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience with React or Angular
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express (or similar frameworks)
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and Elastic Search
• Experience testing JavaScript applications (Mocha, Jasmine, or similar)
• Familiarity with API frameworks such as Swagger
• Comfort working with Docker and containerized environments
• Exposure to microservice or SOA architecture
