Integration Engineer

Is it you?

We are looking for an experienced Application Integration Engineer to join our team and be responsible for the implementation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Shield’s SaaS and on-prem product. You will work closely with DEV groups and directly with the IT departments of our customers to ensure the availability, security and reliability of cloud deployments, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production SaaS environments.

What You'll Do

Be a Shield implementation expert.

Understand deployment patterns and all configurations that support these patterns.

Implement the Shield platform from deployment handover stage to go live readiness

Application configuration to meet the customer specific requirements

Executing integrations between Shield system and external data sources

Create and demonstrate technical documents.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise applications in production environments (deploy, integrate, upgrade, operate, monitor).

Administering the underlying application infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, security, etc.).

Kubernetes from an application lifecycle management perspective.

GitOps with Argo CD.

Automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Helm, Terraform, Bash, and Python.

Troubleshooting complex application and infrastructure issues (root cause analysis, performance, reliability).

Observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Using Jira and Confluence for documentation, incident follow-up, and task management.

Must have

Full accountability and ownership of execution end-to-end (from planning through delivery and post-deployment follow-up).

Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical stakeholders).

Excellent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

OpenSearch (operations, scaling, troubleshooting).

Managed Kubernetes platforms: AWS EKS and/or Azure AKS.
