What you need to have/know:
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and backend application development.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of software design principles, clean code practices, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

What we expect from you:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and applications.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features and enhancements across different business domains.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to translat requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance scalability, maintainability, security, and efficiency.
- Support deployment activities and contribute to production stability when necessary.
- Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.
