Java Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in Java development (core Java, object-oriented programming, design patterns);
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations;
• Knowledge of API Management development and integration;
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL) and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP);
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance;
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (development of rules, workflows, and connectors);
• Understanding of IAM security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and components to support IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects;
• Assist in the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions (rules, workflows, connectors) – training and onboarding will be provided if no prior IAM experience;
• Contribute to the integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms;
• Support troubleshooting and analysis of errors, ensuring timely resolution and system stability;
• Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and business requirements;
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code;
