Java Developer

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; - 5+ years of experience in Java development (core Java, object-oriented programming, design patterns); - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations; - Knowledge of API Management development and integration; - Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL) and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP); - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.); - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; - Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Skills - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance; - Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (development of rules, workflows, and connectors); - Understanding of IAM security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and components to support IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects; - Assist in the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions (rules, workflows, connectors) – training and onboarding will be provided if no prior IAM experience; - Contribute to the integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms; - Support troubleshooting and analysis of errors, ensuring timely resolution and system stability; - Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and business requirements; - Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code; - Work closely with cross-functional teams for deployment and seamless integration within enterprise environments.
