Requirements<\/h3>• At least 5 years of experience working with Java or similar OOP Languages;<\/span>

<\/p>• Experience working with a high concurrency/high transactional platform;<\/span>

<\/p>• Ability to understand the dependencies between components and how they combine to deliver service to the consumer and business;<\/span>

<\/p>• Expertise using established design patterns;<\/span>

<\/p>• Drive to encourage appropriate use of reusability techniques (e.g. design patterns, library extraction, new component creation);<\/span>

<\/p>• Ability to support and mentor other colleagues;<\/span>

<\/p>• Fluency in English.<\/span>

<\/p><\/span>

<\/p>Will be a plus:<\/span>

<\/p><\/span>

<\/p>• Familiarity working with API'S such as SOAP, REST;<\/span>

<\/p>• Experience working with Kafka and message queueing systems<\/span>

<\/p>• Knowledge of Scala, Akka, memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, ZooKeeper;<\/span>

<\/p>• Experience in using agile methodologies;<\/span>

<\/p>• Ability to interact effectively with other functional teams;<\/span>

<\/p>• Excellent communicator, common sense and a passion for the art of problem solving.<\/span>
