Location: Lisbon (Parque das Nações) – Hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
Languages: Fluent English required | French is a plus
We're looking for a passionate Java Full Stack Software Engineer to join an Agile team working on innovative software solutions in a cloud-native environment.
What you'll do
- Deliver production-ready features as part of Scrum teams
- Design, develop, and integrate business workflow applications
- Contribute to the evolution of software solutions through innovative ideas and technical improvements
- Configure and maintain business workflows
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Support and mentor junior developers when applicable
- Ensure high standards of software quality, performance, and maintainability
Required skills
- Strong experience with Java Core and the Java ecosystem
- Solid experience with Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with software design principles, OOP, design patterns, Web Services, UML, and algorithms
- Experience with Git, Maven, JUnit, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
