Java Fullstack Developer

We are looking for an experienced

Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Lisbon. This role requires a strong backend focus with

Java and solid frontend experience with

Angular

, working in a modern, CI/CD-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using

  Java

  (17/21) and

  Spring Boot

  (3.2/4)

• Design and implement responsive frontend applications using

  Angular

  (18/20)

• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance and reliability
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for data modeling and optimization
• Implement messaging solutions using ActiveMQ
• Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment pipelines
• Collaborate in CI/CD processes using Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, XLDeploy, and Git
• Ensure code quality and test coverage using SonarQube and JaCoCo
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
• Work in a Linux-based environment (SUSE LES 15) for deliverables and Windows 11 for development

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

  (mandatory)

Solid experience with Angular

(mandatory)

• Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and messaging systems (ActiveMQ is a plus)
• Experience with code quality and testing tools (SonarQube, JaCoCo)
• Comfortable working with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDEs
• Fluency in English and French

• Portuguese is a strong plus

  with availability to work in a hybrid model
