What you will do

Take ownership of software development for customer-specific projects on the TeamViewer Frontline platform.

Work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth project rollouts on the customer side.

Create interfaces to backend systems of our enterprise-grade customers using Java and SpringBoot, e.g., REST Services, databases, SAP, etc.

Configure user interfaces and handle on-premises installation of our software.

Work with the latest smart glasses and other wearable devices, bringing them into use by our customers.

Provide technical consulting for our customers.

Support user acceptance and system integration tests.

Execute rollout at customer site.

Take on bug-fixing during hyper care phase and handover to support team.

Work independently on projects and be responsible for complying with time and quality specifications.

Must haves

4+ years of professional experience.

Experience with Spring Boot and Java.

Experience with enterprise integrations (Rest API and SAP interfaces are a plus).

Solid understanding and experience with Microservices.

Basic understanding of Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with Terraform.

Previous experience as a DevOps is beneficial.

Nice to haves

University degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in computer science or a related area.

Experience with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with API design and specifications, and XML/JSON.

Experience with Kotlin.

Experience working closely with customers and strong communication skills at all levels.

Ideally, experience with logistics processes, manufacturing companies, or the automotive industry.

Proven ability to understand the big picture and quickly grasp complex relationships in dynamic organizations.

Enthusiasm for being a team player, especially in cross-functional teams, along with the ability to work independently and take holistic responsibility for projects.
