We are looking for a Java & React.js Tech Lead!

Mission: As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for technically leading a small to medium-sized development team, ensuring the quality of deliveries and alignment with the defined architecture. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on development in Java and React.js, while supporting CI/CD, DevOps and integration topics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small to medium-sized technical development team.
• Define and validate technical approaches, solutions and development best practices.
• Ensure code quality and compliance with development standards.
• Support the team in resolving critical technical issues and blockers.
• Develop frontend components using React.js.
• Develop and integrate backend solutions using Java.
• Follow and validate build, deployment and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the defined architecture.
• Support discussions around deployment and integration topics.
• Promote continuous improvement of development practices and technical processes.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java and React.js development.
• Proven experience leading technical development teams.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including build, testing and deployment.
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration tools.
• Solid knowledge of API-first architectures and microservices.
• Ability to understand, discuss and validate deployment-related technical topics, even when not directly responsible for execution.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and functional teams.
• Availability for an immediate start.
• Fluent English.
