What you'll be doing
- Translate complex requirements into detailed technical blueprints and system specifications ready for engineering execution;
- Own end-to-end design artifacts, including API contracts, data models, and comprehensive architecture documentation;
- Steer engineering squads through delivery, upholding rigorous benchmarks for system quality, robustness, and application security;
- Unblock critical delivery hurdles through in-depth code reviews and architectural oversight;
- Align strategic technical initiatives across multidisciplinary stakeholders, enterprise architects, and product leads.
What you will need to succeed
- Strong track record designing enterprise-grade microservices and modern distributed systems;
- Deep technical proficiency with Java, Spring Boot ecosystem, and modern API standards (REST/OpenAPI, AsyncAPI);
- Solid background in container orchestration and cloud-native deployments using Docker and Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with advanced system patterns (Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven, CQRS) and NoSQL modeling (MongoDB);
- Exposure to identity protocols and web security standards (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT) alongside automated CI/CD pipelines;
- Awareness of EU regulatory standards, data privacy frameworks (GDPR/EUDPR), and governance guidelines;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- EU citizenship required due to European public sector project compliance.
