We are looking for an Java Developer!
Responsabilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the Smart Derivatives (iPrice) platform.
- Ensure the application meets high standards of quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle, including technical analysis, design, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with the Production Support team to manage application releases and ongoing maintenance.
- Work closely with business users to gather and clarify requirements.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) production support when required.
- Contribute alongside international development teams in Lisbon and Paris according to business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience with Java 21 and the Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tools such as Maven, Git, and Shell Scripting.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend or full-stack development (Angular and/or jQuery is a plus).
- Experience in software testing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance large, mature codebases.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborative development teams.
- Exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking and knowledge of Cash Equities is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
