Java (with C#) Developer

Are you passionate about building high‑performance trading systems and tackling complex technical challenges? Then this position is for you.

As a Java (with C#) Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of core trading platforms, working closely with traders, support teams, and fellow developers in a dynamic front‑office environment.

Build side

• Develop and enhance the Position / Trades booking platform
• Design and maintain core services, shared libraries, feed handlers, and reporting tools
• Implement high‑quality, secure, and high‑performance features in Java and C#
• Participate in technical analysis, solution design, documentation, unit testing, and code reviews
• Contribute to refactoring/migration initiatives toward new architectures and standards

Run side

• Provide L3 support and interact directly with traders and front-line support
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure stable deployment and maintenance of components
• Investigate and resolve technical issues impacting system performance or functionality
• Monitor system metrics and contribute to continuous performance optimization
• Manage priorities efficiently while balancing long-term development with urgent support needs

You have 5+ years of experience in demanding software engineering environments, ideally within electronic trading or other high‑load, distributed systems. You thrive in fast‑paced settings, collaborate effectively with business teams, and enjoy analyzing complex flows. You bring forward ideas and contribute actively to technical excellence.

• Java Core: SE, multithreading, low-latency systems, optimization (Mastery)
• C#: Practical experience
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or complex distributed architectures
• Oracle Coherence (nice to have)
• Agile methodologies & SDLC mastery
• Solid academic background in a quantitative field**
