• GreenDash is an AI powered ESG reporting and training platform built specifically for SMEs. We simplify CSRD and VSME compliance through structured data collection, AI driven recommendations, automated sustainability reports, and integrated education through GreenDash Academy.*

Our mission is to make sustainability reporting simple, affordable, and autonomous. We are currently scaling our MVP and preparing for broader market expansion across Portugal and Europe.

We are looking for a Lead Developer to take full technical ownership of the platform and lead the next phase of product growth.

• *Role Overview**

As Lead Developer, you will be responsible for the architecture, scalability, and evolution of our SaaS platform. You will work directly with the CEO to translate product vision into robust technical solutions and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and ready for growth.

This is a strategic role for someone who wants to build and lead, not just execute tasks.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical development and roadmap of the SaaS platform
• Improve and scale the current MVP architecture
• Design secure and scalable backend systems
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend features
• Integrate AI based functionalities into ESG workflows
• Ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity
• Support product decisions with technical insight
• Prepare the platform for future team expansion
• *Required Experience
• +3 years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong backend experience with Node.js
• Strong frontend experience with React
• Experience building chatbots and AI features such as text-analysis and generation
• Experience designing system architecture
• Knowledge of API design and integrations
• Experience with cloud environments and deployment processes
• Strong problem solving skills and ownership mindset
• *Location Requirement**

This is a remote role.

Candidates must be based in Portugal and available to attend occasional in person meetings, strategic sessions, and ecosystem events.
