We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Lead Java Developer.

Your mission will be Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot;

Define and promote best practices in software architecture (microservices, hexagonal architecture, etc.);

Lead technical discussions, support decision-making, and ensure high-quality code delivery. You will need 8+ years of experience in Java Backend development (Java 8+);

Solid knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL);

Experience with JPA and Hibernate;

Strong proficiency in SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers;

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Would be awesome if you have Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular or other frameworks);

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
