We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth. /lilistrongDECSKILL BOOST /strong: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations. /lilistrongDECSKILL CONNECT /strong: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAt Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress. /strong /ppbr/ppWe are looking for anstrong Linux System Administrator /strong! /ppbr/ppstrongResponsabilities: /strong /pulliManaging Incidents, crisis calls, communications and ensure optimal resolution of incidents within SLAS in place. /liliMonitoring the application status. /liliMonitoring the infrastructure server resources. /liliReplying and taking in charge the incoming phone calls or ITSM support/incident tickets. /liliTracking all the incoming requests on the ticketing system. /liliUpdating the progress of the execution of all tasks in the ticketing tools. /liliAssessing the priority of the incoming requests involving the key people who might be helpful define it. /liliPerforming the analysis, planning all technical tasks required and executing them. /liliDefining tactical solutions to resume processes as quick as possible. /liliContributing to find out the incident root cause. /liliEngaging the proper escalation path for all situations. /liliAdopting the global and departmental guidelines, IT best practices and IT Security recommendations. /liliGuaranteeing the on-call availability during the required time windows or at the weekend for extraordinary activities. /liliActing as the first point of contact for all tasks/enquiry related to production. /liliManaging the communication with internal end-users and external clients for the topics in-scope. /liliIn addition to the daily application support activity, the Application Support team contributes to the definition of non-functional requirements that a new application must respect before going in production. Moreover, it participates in the definition and implementation of projects to reduce support activity needed on critical systems. /li /ulpbr/ppstronguRequirements /u: /strong /pulliAt least 5 years-long experience. /liliKnowledge and experience with RedHat Linux // Good IT infrastructure knowledge (capacity to request infra construction/support L3). /liliApplication Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable). /liliCloud Experience Kubernetes e cloud managed services (AWS, Azure or IBM Cloud), middleware (VIP, WAF, RDBMS, NoSQL, File Storage). /liliKnowledge and experience with Database / Oracle Exadata /// ETL ( IBM DATA STAGE). /liliExperience in Continuous Delivery context, Industrialization/automatization od deliveries, deployments, rollbacks. /liliTeamwork attitude: work cooperatively toward a common objective. /liliAccuracy: manage details to fully achieve required objectives and safeguard the context. /liliStress management and self-control: keep efficiency and effectiveness in an environment with a high level of context switching; be able to handle multiple incoming enquiries according to the urgency keeping a positive thinking. /liliProblem solving consider issue by gathering relevant information, analysing data, evaluating alternatives to find out tactical solutions. /liliStrong analytical skills: break down problems into components by identifying relevant issue and recognizing connections. /liliResponsiveness: promptly address needs based on understanding their priorities and constrains. /liliAutonomy: manage own work to take the appropriate actions. /liliProactivity: be able to anticipate issues or new technical requirements thus addressing to the appropriate teams/colleagues. /liliGood level of English. /li /ulpbr/ppIf you’re interested in this job, please send your CV to with reference “CA//LinuxSystemAdministrator ". /ppbr/ppThank You! /p
