YOUR ROLE

Provide L3 production support for Mendix applications, ensuring incident resolution, platform stability, performance optimization and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience with Mendix application support and maintenance in production environments
• Solid knowledge of Microflows, Domain Modelling, Security and User Role Management
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance analysis skills
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and production support processes
• Experience within Application Managed Services (AMS) environments
• Knowledge of Incident Management, SLAs and prioritisation models (P1-P4)
• Ability to balance rapid incident resolution with long-term application stability and platform reliability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hybrid-Model: 2 times a week in the Capgemini Offices
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

NICE TO HAVE

• Mendix Certifications (Rapid, Intermediate or Advanced)
• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Finance or other regulated environments
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SSO, IAM and certificates)
• French language skills
