About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Developer to join our team on a hybrid, full‑time basis in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimise enterprise‑grade integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work across API‑led architectures, build scalable integration flows, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, high‑performance integration solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong experience designing and developing APIs and enterprise integrations (3–5+ years).
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Solid understanding of API‑led connectivity, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
Experience integrating ERPs, CRMs, databases, and cloud/SaaS applications.
Strong knowledge of API design principles, integration patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, and DataWeave 2.0.
Experience with REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON, and XML.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
Understanding of security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and TLS.
Experience working in enterprise integration environments and Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Implement System, Process, and Experience APIs following MuleSoft best practices.
Build and maintain RAML/OAS‑based API specifications in Anypoint Design Center.
Perform complex data transformations using DataWeave.
Deployment & Management:
Deploy and manage APIs and applications on CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
Testing & Optimisation:
Conduct unit testing (MUnit), troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance.
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
Stay updated with integration trends, cloud technologies, and MuleSoft advancements to drive innovation.
3–5+ years of experience developing APIs or enterprise integrations.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on MuleSoft experience.
Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and enterprise integration principles.
Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, and DataWeave 2.0.
Experience with REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON, and XML.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
Understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS).
SQL proficiency and experience integrating with databases.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API or other backend technologies.
MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD – Mule 4).
MuleSoft Integration Architect certification (optional).
