🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Software Architecture and System Design to help build and evolve modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

This is a senior technical role for someone who combines deep engineering knowledge with architectural thinking. You'll be responsible for designing solutions, making technical decisions, mentoring other engineers, and contributing hands-on to the development of a modern platform built with Node.js and React .

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support business growth.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js and React .

Architecture & System Design

• Design distributed and scalable systems that support business growth.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
• Evaluate technology choices and architectural trade-offs.
• Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical reference within the engineering team.
• Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.
• Promote engineering best practices and development standards.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Support technical decision-making across projects.

Quality, Performance & Reliability

• Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Identify and address technical debt.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Contribute to testing strategies, observability, and production readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement across the platform.

Collaboration & Product Delivery

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Developers.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions, estimations, and planning activities.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
