PL/SQL Developer

We are looking for a SQL & PL/SQL Developer with experience in software development to join a multinational project for a multinational company, in a hybrid working model in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is suited to professionals with solid SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, interest in evolving technically, and availability to work in a collaborative international environment. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions based on SQL and PL/SQL according to project needs.
• Write, analyze, and optimize queries to support application development and data processing activities.
• Contribute to development activities involving different technologies within the team’s technical ecosystem.
• Support database-related tasks, including understanding and contributing to database structure and modelling topics.
• Work within a multinational project environment, collaborating with team members in English when required.
• Provide technical support to other team members in day-to-day development activities.
• For senior profiles, coach and support junior team members.
• For lead profiles, contribute to the onboarding of junior team members and act as a technical reference within the team.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies relevant to the role and project context.

Must-Have Requirements

• Development experience with different technologies.
• Experience in SQL & PL/SQL Developer and ability to write and understand queries .
• Experience in Core Banking .
• Experience in database modelling.
• Knowledge in programming languages (Procedural Programming or Object-Oriented Programming).
• Role model mindset , experience in onboarding junior team members , and used to do technical support of team members .
• English proficiency
