We're looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join a dynamic team delivering business-critical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex enterprise applications, combining strong database expertise with analytical thinking to develop robust, high-quality solutions that support core banking operations.
Database Development: Design, develop, and enhance features using PL/SQL and Oracle Database, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
Application Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing applications by troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing system enhancements.
Functional & Technical Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical solutions through analysis, solution design, and close collaboration with functional stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Optimisation: Perform data analysis to support business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimise database performance.
Collaboration & Technical Growth: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams while contributing to technical discussions, sharing knowledge, and supporting the continuous evolution of enterprise applications.
Database Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database development.
Analytical Skills: Solid experience in functional analysis, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable technical solutions.
Development Mindset: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within Agile and multidisciplinary teams.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders in complex project environments.
