PL/SQL Developer [REMOTE]

We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

PL/SQL Developer - Remote

Tasks

• Conversion of complex Oracle Packages to PostgreSQL, including validation and testing.
• Conversion of Oracle Types to PostgreSQL (partially JSONB), including validation, functional, and unit testing (pgTAP).
• Corrections in PostgreSQL or application code to ensure operability of migrated objects (e.g., Types, Views, Materialized Views) or to improve performance of converted objects.
• Performance optimization of migrated PostgreSQL-packages and functions
• Usage of PostgreSQL advanced features: Inheritance handling, JSONB, Index, Autonomous Transactions handling, IN/OUT/INOUT Parameters, Exception Handling, Cursors, Global Variables (not directly supported, e.g., use of set_config),

Hard skills

• +3 years of experience with PL/SQL
• Experience in PostgreSQL or Oracle Database
• Experience working with SQL on relational databases
• English B2/C1
