Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex digital transformation initiatives in a regulated life sciences environment. This role involves managing project execution, risks, scope, and releases, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects and program execution
• Work closely with project requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform risk and scope management and ensure project acceptance
• Build and implement a release management process

What we expect

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
• Background in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple major initiatives
• Strong program management background with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs
• Domain expertise in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) within a scientific or regulated environment
• Experience serving as an Agile leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in Agile practices
• Hands-on experience applying the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology
• Demonstrated experience working within GxP regulatory compliance environments
• Ability to ensure program alignment with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and organizational objectives
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
