Python Backend Developer - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard Skills:

• Senior-level experience with Python, developing robust, scalable, and maintainable backend applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs and backend services.
• Strong experience with Django, including the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
• Solid experience with SQL-based databases, including data modelling, queries, performance, and database integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, and management of applications.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience working within SCRUM/Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for day-to-day communication in an international environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: 25.000€ – 42.000€ gross/year (depending on experience)
• Meal allowance: 7,50€/day (meal card)
• Health insurance: included for the employee, with option to extend to family
• Performance bonus: annual, based on individual and company objectives
