Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer, which supports the definition of the Group's risk appetite and risk management decision-making processes.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of the core framework responsible for data integration and the calculation of market and counterparty risk metrics. You will join a global organization within a Scaled Agile environment and collaborate closely with international teams in a diverse and multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Python applications.
• Build reusable and efficient solutions to support risk calculation and data integration processes.
• Prototype and validate new ideas, technologies, and concepts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure application reliability, quality, and responsiveness.
• Deliver incremental enhancements aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and functional programming concepts.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Understanding of software design principles for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
