What are we looking for?
- More than 5 years of proven experience in Python development;
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services;
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
- Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures;
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python;
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG;
- Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using message brokers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions, system architecture, and code quality;
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
